IMMERSA offers four core service areas.

  3. Enterprise VR implementation: Consulting, hardware integration, custom software development, and deployment support for companies adopting VR.
  4. 3D scanning and digital twins: We digitise objects, spaces, and properties into high-quality 3D models for industry, real estate, and immersive applications.

All services are available individually or as a combined engagement.

Yes. We offer end-to-end VR implementation for businesses.

This starts with a free initial consultation where we assess your environment, goals, and existing infrastructure.

From there, we develop a tailored proposal covering hardware, software, workflow integration, team training, and ongoing support.

For larger projects, we act as project manager, coordinating specialist development partners where needed. The contract and responsibility remain with IMMERSA throughout.

Yes. The first consultation is always free and carries no obligation.

We use it to understand your goals, answer your questions, and outline what a realistic implementation could look like for your organisation.

For B2B clients, yes. We deliver hardware and provide services across the EU and DACH region directly, and in the UK through a certified hardware partner.

B2C headset rentals are currently available within Switzerland only.

Should you decide to rent a headset, we do not charge extra for delivery and return within Switzerland.

Renting a Headset

Anyone based in Switzerland as of private individuals, freelancers, and businesses. You must be at least 18 years old to place a rental order.

For B2B clients, rentals of 5 or more headsets include on-site handover and next-day delivery anywhere in Switzerland.

Choose your headset and rental period in the shop. Select your preferred delivery date at checkout at a minimum of 48 hours from your order, Saturday included.

Your headset arrives fully charged, configured, and ready to use with a printed guide.

At the end of your rental, return the device using the prepaid label included in the package.

Nothing technical. Every headset is pre-configured and arrives ready to use. You need a stable Wi-Fi connection to access apps and content. No PC, no cables, no prior experience required.

Meta Quest headsets run on Meta's operating system. A Meta account is required to access the app store and download content.

However, we pre-load experiences with an IMMERSA account on every device so you can use it right away without logging in.

Headsets ship via registered post and require a signature.

If the parcel is not collected within the post office holding period and is returned to IMMERSA, you will receive a refund of your rental fee minus a CHF 15.– handling fee to cover repackaging and processing costs.

If the failed delivery was caused by an error on our side, the full rental fee is refunded with no deduction. Repeated non-collection may result in future orders being declined.

3D Scanning & Digital Twins

We use professional-grade scanning equipment to capture physical objects or spaces in high detail.

The result is a precise digital 3D model that can be used for visualisation, virtual tours, product presentation, quality control, or as the foundation for a digital twin.

Scanning can be done on-site at your location. The process is non-invasive and typically takes a few hours depending on the size and complexity of what is being scanned.

Almost anything: From individual products and machinery to entire rooms, buildings, or outdoor spaces.

Common use cases include real estate and architecture, industrial facilities and equipment, event spaces and exhibition stands, heritage and cultural objects, and retail environments.

A digital twin is a precise, interactive digital replica of a physical object, space, or system. It allows you to inspect, plan, train, simulate, or present something virtually, without needing physical access.

Industries that commonly use digital twins include manufacturing, real estate, construction, logistics, and events.

If you need to show, analyse, or plan something physical without always being on site, a digital twin is likely a good fit.

Technical Support

Yes. For VR events, exhibitions, and corporate activations, we provide full on-site support including setup, technical operation during the event, and pack-down.

Our team ensures the experience runs smoothly so you can focus on your guests. This service is available across Switzerland and on request internationally.

We will assess the situation and find a solution as quickly as possible.

If the fault is on our side, a hardware defect or a setup error, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the affected days. If the damage was caused by misuse, the repair or replacement cost may be charged. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Cancellation & Refund

You can cancel your rental free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date and receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before shipping or after the headset has already been dispatched are not eligible for a refund.

To cancel, email info@immersa.ch — cancellation is confirmed from the moment we receive your email.

Early returns are possible but the rental fee for the full agreed period remains due.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused rental days unless the early return is due to a verified hardware fault on our side.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

For rental cancellations within the eligible window, the full rental amount is refunded.

For hardware fault claims, we assess the situation after the headset is returned and issue a partial or full refund accordingly.
