Shipping & Delivery Policy
Version: 2026 | Effective: 1 March 2026
This policy applies to all shipping and delivery services provided by IMMERSA (Myshelov Consulting, sole proprietorship, UID: CHE-481.483.118, Saentisstrasse 6, 8008 Zurich, info@immersa.ch). It sets out the shipping methods, delivery times, and geographic delivery areas for private and business customers.

A. Private Customers - B2C (Switzerland)
1. Shipping Method
All equipment is shipped exclusively within Switzerland to private customers. Shipments are sent via A-Post registered post through Swiss Post. Delivery requires a personal signature from the recipient or an authorised person.
Next Day Delivery and express delivery are not available for private customers.
2. Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available and may be selected via the date picker at checkout, subject to availability. Saturday delivery is subject to Swiss Post's rates and availability, and may incur a surcharge, which will be displayed at checkout.
3. Date Selection at Checkout
Private customers select their preferred delivery date directly at checkout using the integrated date picker. The following rules apply:
- The earliest possible delivery date is 48 hours from the time of order.
- Orders placed after 12:00 noon are treated as having been placed on the following working day.
- Weekends and public holidays are not counted when calculating the minimum lead time.
4. B2C Delivery Area
Delivery to private customers is available within Switzerland only. Delivery abroad (including DACH, EU, or UK) is not available for private customers.
B. Business Customers - B2B
1. Standard Shipping (Fewer than 5 Devices) - Switzerland
For orders of fewer than 5 VR headsets for business customers within Switzerland, the same shipping conditions apply as for private customers:
- Shipment via A-Post registered post through Swiss Post
- Saturday delivery available on request
- Date selection via checkout calendar (minimum lead time 48 hours)
- No Next Day Delivery
2. Large Orders (5 or More Devices) - Switzerland
For orders of 5 or more VR headsets, IMMERSA offers an enhanced delivery service for business customers within Switzerland:
- Next Day Delivery is available, provided the order is placed by 12:00 noon on the preceding day.
- Handover is carried out by an IMMERSA representative on-site. Equipment is delivered directly to the event venue or company premises, inspected, and set up.
- Appointment and handover details are agreed individually in the quote or service agreement.
3. International Delivery - B2B Europe
IMMERSA (Myshelov Consulting) delivers VR hardware to business customers in the following regions:
- European region (EU countries and DACH): delivery directly by IMMERSA / Myshelov Consulting.
- United Kingdom (UK): delivery via a certified hardware partner of IMMERSA.
The following conditions apply to all international B2B deliveries:
- Delivery is available on request only and is governed by the individual quote.
- Delivery times, shipping costs, and any customs or import duties are clearly stated in the quote and are to be borne by the client.
- An international surcharge applies to every international delivery. The amount is defined in the quote.
- IMMERSA accepts no responsibility for delays caused by customs authorities, import restrictions, or local regulations.
4. Unavailable Delivery Areas
The following deliveries are not available as standard:
- B2C deliveries abroad (no shipment of rental equipment to private customers outside Switzerland).
- B2B deliveries outside the European region and the United Kingdom - these are possible only by separate written agreement and individual assessment.
C. General Shipping Conditions
1. Packaging and Condition
All equipment is carefully packaged and dispatched in inspected, ready-to-use condition. Every delivery includes a user guide as well as all necessary cables and accessories as per the rental scope.
2. Shipment Tracking
A tracking number is sent to the customer by email for every shipment. Tracking is available via the Swiss Post portal or the portal of the relevant shipping service provider.
3. Undelivered Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered and the parcel is not collected from the post office within the holding period, it will be returned to IMMERSA. In this case, the provisions of IMMERSA's Returns & Refunds Policy apply.
